Tennessee Titian's Finnegan intercepted an Eagles pass today and ran it back 41 yards for a TD. He ran through the end zone and than leaped into the crowd. Why was no celebration penalty flag thrown?

I forget who it was but i was watching Chicago vs Commanders. Think it was Hall who caught an interception and scored a TD. He went down on two knees and celebrated. Even Aikman said that should of been flagged...
