Yes that guy. And Shulltz would've been just as good if not better in 2019 if he had a chance. The very next year he outplayed Witten while playing with Dalton and Dinuchi

He was clearly the best TE on the team. You think any of the TEs he was "stopping the progress of" will see their names in the HoF? Toward the end, he didn't have the speed he once had, but he was always there as a security blanket, often for a first down, and this narrative of him always being short of the chains, or catching it and falling forward is agenda driven crap. If any of the others were going to break out, they would have. You can pretend he got the ball out of favoritism, but the team wanted to win, and they went with whomever gave them the best chance to do so.
