He pulled out of the Raiders job and now looks like it could be with DQ.

ASHBURN, Va. -- Former Arizona Cardinalscoach Kliff Kingsbury, who was close to joining the Las Vegas Raiders as their offensive coordinator, has emerged as a candidate for the same job in Washington, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Kingsbury was going to join Las Vegas coach Antonio Pierce's staff until a breakdown in contract talks ended that pursuit Saturday, agent Erik Burkhardt told Schefter.

Maybe with the news that Williams wants nothing to do with the Bears something gets worked out and they just roll with Fields.
They would take Maye before they roll with Fields again. Still would need to basically take a ransom to make the trade with Washington though. Though considering the only "news" on that is Cowherd who basically immediately got massive pushback from everyone in Williams camp, I might take that as Cowherd just taking a shot in the dark as opposed to having an actual source.
