Spear knives

I've bought these before, but I can't find them anymore. I don't remember where I bought them from, so I'm having an issue.

Think of a spike knife. You're holding a cylinder, pull off a lid, and you're holding a spike. It's not really a knife but a spike. No matter what search I do it keeps showing me knives. Can anyone help with this?

You could make your own fairly easily from a screwdriver, just grind it to a point. You could probably also make one from a sharpening or honing steel.

Not like that. Picture an upside down T. Your fingers hold on to the cross section, and you pull the cap off the spike. Then jab.
