Lot of outrage this morning on Sports Reporters and Paterno. The same news was out last week and the panelist on the program gave Paterno a pass and did not criticize him. The same info was available, but Paterno had not been fired.

There should be outrage, he didn't do what needed to be done. The outrage should have been the same last week as it was today. The entire football staff needs to be scraped at the end of the year.

Last week we didn't know near as many details of the allegations as we know today.

Jemele Hill, has this person ever added anything to any conversation/debate on ESPN? At least get a good looking girl to look at.

She's horrible. I don't understand why people think she's funny on Twitter too. She's corny

He's getting thrown under the bus retroactively and with extra harshness because reporters should feel betrayed and stupid for not scrutinizing him before it became evident he deserved to be under the bus far sooner.

The grand jury report was released late Saturday, so I can't really criticize the Sports Reporters for not jumping on it the following morning.

As does the entire Sports Reporter Panel.

Seems to me a lot of people are just being reactionary and suggesting things that make no sense. Why in the world would you fire a good football coach who had no involvement with or knowledge of any of what Sandusky did because Paterno and the administration screwed up? If the head of the English department knew something about a particular English professor and told the school administration and the incident was covered up, once teh cover up was exposed would it be appropriate to fire every English professor in the school?

Seems a lot of people want to get revenge by punishing a lot of innocent people (football players, coaches etc...). I don't quite get that. Why not just punish those that did something wrong?
