It is clear that Dak has mental breakdowns in the playoffs. You can deny all you want but $60 M plus salary should be for only playoff performers. Plus you have to pay Ceedee $ 30 m plus soon and Micah soon $ 35 mil plus. Yet have gaping holes at DT, LB (always overlooked in draft), o line needs repairing, new RB, new WR, Diggs big money and now Bland will need big money plus plus plus and coaches who are clearly out schemed by smart coaches.

Here me out:
You cant pay these 3 and fill out a roster properly.

Either:
1. Pay Dak, Ceedee, sign Parsons to all mega bucks deals and Keep MM and roll it back. ( very probable knowing Jerry)
2. Trade Parsons. Chicago has 2 high picks. Im sure they would use one for a Parsons trade. Get another pic plus players from them to fill other positions.
3. Or trade not renew Dak and commence qb rebuild but you have no draft capital to pick one high enough. The conondrum then.
4. So trade Parsons, draft qb high, sign Ceedee, let Dak walk in a year or trade him if possible and get a new coach ( my preference).

If you cant get picks to move up and get a new qb in draft, you will just keep running this back for the next 4 years with Dak, Ceedee, and Parsons which is clearly not working.

Else, get a new coach and think he can change it all.

The biggest fix that has to happen is on defense hands down that is the biggest problem

They are soft as charmin up the middle and need a FA space beater like Payne or Williams etc. nor 1 that needs 3 years to learn and has a slow get off

This team also needs a LB in the worst way one that can be like Fred Warner or Roquain Smith

Then if you want to replace the QB have at it but just replacing the qb will yield same results

This team has multiple needs and not enough draft capital to fix it but there’s enough talent if you fix the defense you may have a shot
