Is that at Disney World?

Yes! I took my kids there three years ago. That area is right by the Star Wars ride. On that stage, they'll ask kids to train with a lightsaber....during the middle of the training, Darth Vader comes out and the kids get to fight him.

My son and daughter both got to fight Darth Vader. It was the highlight of their trip that year!
