Because it shows the new director saying "Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Ep. 8" at the end of the trailer, (with green all around). Pretty sure that is the 1st day of shooting, starting with that scene of Luke and Rey.

I haven't seen episode 7 yet but I am super excited to see the further adventures of Han Solo, really looking forward to seeing him in action for at least two more films and maybe a cameo or two in the spin off films. That motivates me to get out of bed every morning and my whole reason for living!
