The Associated Press reports a Pennsylvania high school student wearing a Denver Broncos was forced to sit on the floor while taking an exam in his ethnicity class. The student, Joshua Vannoy, was called a "stinking Denver fan" by his teacher, John Kelly. Kelly also had students throw crumpled pieces of paper at Vannoy on Friday, Jan. 20. Kelly told the Denver Post, "If he felt uncomfortable, then that's a lesson; that's what (the class) is designed to do. It was silly fun. I can't believe he was upset." Big Beaver Falls Area School District Superintendent Donna Nugent said she was aware of the incident, but said confidentiality rules prevent her from commenting specifically.

I'd like to see that student go "columbine" on that teacher and students and afterwards say, " that was the lesson. I can't believe they got upset."

A teacher should be more responsible then that.

Thats the short version.

Either way, poor judgement from the teacher and student.

Cant blame the student though, as the teacher is supposed to be a responsible adult.

What is this world coming to ?

Poor judgement, by the student???? Get real. It's a football game. After the settlement this kid and his family is going to get, I would probably say it was good judgement on his part.
