He's talking about negotiating the parking pass fee, along with how many free passes to the bathroom.

Stephen Jones talking? Let me quote him: “Blah, blah, blah, of course we’re always trying to get better, blah, blah, the cap, blah, blah secret sauce, giggle-blah, we like our guys, blah, blah blah.”

The above can be plugged in for just about any SJ quote.

Perhaps Jerry gets involved in any upcoming negotiations, and a reasonable deal is struck between O'Dell Beckam's camp and the Cowboys. Jerry stated after the Minnesota game that he believed his team is Superbowl capable.

If the Cowboys sign OBJ, it should be for next year, at a cap-friendly deal.

I kind of don't like it because it sends a message to Gallup that he's not valued. And Gallup is finally starting to find his old self again.

This is going to end in 1 or 2 ways:

1) It is reported that we lost out on the OBJ bidding war because our offer was much, much lower than the team that he went to.

2) It is reported that we basically got into a bidding war with ourselves and and paid way much more than the offer of any other team and even offered a 2nd year guarantee even though other teams didn't.

Jerry and Stephen just aren't good at this type of thing. We belly ache and gripe because they don't dip their toes in high cost free agents but in reality they are doing the team a favor because they would screw up the negotiation and give the player a ridiculous contract.
