I don't know if this subject has been discussed as of this moment, but I have noticed that lately people have been dropping the ball - literally. For some reason, lately I have notice not just in football that people who are known for their clutch are coming up short. These people are paid big money to do their job. In the case of our beloved 'boys, there is no exception. Drew Bledsoe seems to have let us down by not finding an open Keyshawn on a couple of occasions. Likewise, Crayton needs to have his hands smacked with a ruler by each member of the team - that might persuade him to hold on to the ball next time. Terry needs to be shown the basics of running routes, again. What is going on here people. It reminds of the football game that I saw a few years ago when some S.A. team (don't care which one) beat our beloved West Texas team in Midland with a bomb at the end of the game. There were a few seconds left in the game and the S.A. team left fly a hail mary and scored to win the state championship. What in the heck were the safeties thinking? Yet, they have an excuse; they are high schoolers. In the case of our backfield, there is no excuse. Scoring at will as the 'skins did is unacceptable. But, what is worse is the lack of attention displayed by professionals whether it be the safeties and corners or even Zimmer himself. They are paid to know better.
