His short shuttle time was a 4.01, which would have been the best among participating Combine running backs. Maysonet dealt with a tweaked hamstring, so he missed a large portion of activities in Indy. We really like the Stony Brook product in the later rounds. Mar 22 - 12:31 PM

I seriously doubt it. I had him at maybe a 6th or 7th depending on his pro day today. But with his 40 and shuttle times, I think he goes 5th, maybe even 4th if a team feels confident about him. He has been my pet sleeper pick for a while and I REALLY hope Dallas can get him. I believe he is the real deal.

Yeah I think if we really wanted this guy we would have to take him in the 5th. I would be all for it too, kid is definitely talented. I personally (as little as that means) have him 13th on my RB board. That's excluding injury prone guys that I don't feel like we can take a chance on.

Rayon Simmons- Winona State: As I recently highlighted in my recent Combine Snubs Article, it’s a joke that Winona State RB Rayon Simmons was not invited to the Combine. Simmons dominated his Division, logging ridiculous numbers of 1,845 yards and 19 touchdowns as a senior. Simmons averaged 5.7 YPC and possesses a stout 5’9 200 pound frame. His production led to an invite to the Casino Del Sol All Star Game, but no invites to either the Senior Bowl, nor NFL Scouting Combine. And for that, I call the scouting community on the carpet. Rayon was robbed. Despite the over-look, Rayon is preparing to blow scouts away at his Pro Day. He is a safe bet to be playing on Sundays for a long, long time.

Well, checking out the Syracuse game I think you guys may be onto something. His running reminds me a lot of DeMarco. I gotta figure similar running styles for both primary backs has to help continuity.
