I realize that some people are jealous of other users who have or claim to have an inside source. If someone posts a rumor, they fully understand and expect that if the rumor fails to be true, they will take heat over it. To attack them before the rumor is proven untrue shows you are either jealous of the attention and respect they are receiving or you simply have your own agenda.
You are free to disagree with any rumor posted, but if you attack or insult the user who posted the rumor personally, you will likely be banned from further posting just like anyone who intentionally posts a fake rumor even as a joke.
Just because you do not like the rumor or your gut/magic 8-ball/psychic/whatever convinces you not to believe it does not mean the majority of users agree with you.
If you have proof that a rumor is fake or false, send it to one of the moderators online and they will remove the thread immediately.
