Wow, the Eagles down at 29; slightly below Warshington. If it wasn’t already likely, the NFCE winner will be one of those 2 teams.

Right now I would lean toward Washington. I think Philly is on the verge of imploding and I don't think the players on that team respect the Head Coach. I wouldn't be shocked if Philly lost to the Giants this week.

..whoever came up with this, obviously is no Dallas homer. Wash and Beags way down in cellar.

Yet, in all this Dallas still 3-3.

I could not agree more... us and them are equally dysfunctional in different ways. I can see both Dallas and Philly having new head coaches in 2025.

Probably, but winning solved a multitude of problems. Philly is arguably the most talented team in total. They certainly have holes, including the whacko coach. But if they can get on a role, they can ride it to the NFCE crown. However, losing 2 or 3 of their next games will almost certainly bring on that implosion.

I think 3 of the 4 NFCE will have new coaches.

You are right about the coaches. Philly could very well win the NFC East but I think it will take more than that to save Sirianni's job. I think they have to at least get past the 1st round of the playoffs and if they lose in the 2nd round it has to be a close game. Fangio's defense has been awful and unless they make trades before the deadline i don't see it getting any better. Their best DE (Graham) is way past his prime. Their best CB is a rookie and the others aren't very good. They have 1 good LBer (Baun). Jalen Carter is a very good DT but even he has struggled this year. I think he misses Fletcher Cox next to him. The Eagles should have fired Sirianni last year just like the Cowboys should have fired McCarthy.

McCarthy is toast. No way he saves his job with what he has done so far and with the remaining schedule.

Brian Daboll could save his job as long as the Giants can win the winnable games on their schedule and keep the other games close. Their defense has improved drastically. Of course, he is supposed to be an offensive guy and QB guru so that works against him.

My feeling is that Daboll survives this year and McCarthy and Sirianni get the axe.

Nice summary.
Coin toss on Daboll maybe IF Mara sticks with he and Schoen to pick "their guy" at QB while moving on from Daniel Jones.
If not, he gets the axe too imo.

Its alarming how bad the Saints ended up being.

I thought we got whipped by a good team, but they suck all the way around now. We're just that terrible.

One of the drawbacks of early games. The bad teams don't know they are bad yet.
