Jorge Masvidal vs. K.J. Noons

Just gonna stick with the top 3 fights as far as picks go ..

Overeem - Guy is beasting right now. Werdum holds a victory over Overeem, but this is a different time and Overeem is a different fighter. Do not see how Werdum can get this to the ground where his only chance would be. Overeem via 1st round TKO.

Barnett - MUCH better wrestler, and one of the better wrestlers in the HW division. Rogers has never faced anyone who will grind on him like Barnett will. Rogers doesn't even offer much of a ground game, so when Barnett takes him down, he will likely stay there. Barnett via UD.

Cormier - HUGE step up in the career of Daniel Cormier. Jeff Monson is a submission machine on the ground and a guy with a ton of fighting experience. At this point in Cormier's career, this is a fight he needs. And for him, I think he will rise to the occasion. One thing I never doubt about the guys at AKA is their wrestling, top control, and submission defense. Cormier via 2nd round TKO.

Masvidal is wrecking Noons, and making his forehead a mess. But Noons has shown an incredible amount of heart. Between that kick to the head and the knee to the head, I don't see how he has survived in this fight. But somehow, he is still there, trading strikes with Jorge.

I think Barnett proved why I always thought he was a horrible matchup for Fedor. Big heavyweight, great wrestler, great submissions.

If he can actually pee clean, he is the definite other favorite in this GP besides Overeem.
