I don't know...but I love me some ARKANSAS RAZORBACKS!!!! They won today and if my COWBOYS win tomorrow, it makes a perfect weekend for me!

I dont care what they call it as long as T.C is walking into the end zone for td's I will support it! :)

actually worked out pretty good for us, got us 2 first downs i think, would have been 3 if it wasn't for a stupid holding penalty.

It's named after Felix, who was supposed to be our feature back on the formation. Not the trigger man, mind you, it was always going to be Crayton or Choice there, but Felix was going to be featured.

Does Felix even come in on that formation? I don't recall ever seeing him in there.

Yes he is the one that goes in motion which we then proceed to fake the "speed sweep" look and run the ball with Choice.

Although a few weeks back I think we were actually going to do the speed sweep but Choice bobbled the ball.

He does. The Carolina game when he first hurt his knee he came back in for a play and it was a Razorback play. He started in the slot and motioned and got a fake handoff.

It's funny how just a few years ago, most everyone thought that the wishbone or any other kind of running QB formaton simply would never work in the NFL.

Never say never.

What's the problem? We have pretty much been successful using it.

How do you NOT know why it's called the Razorback formation?

I hate it also, except when it works. And JJ is behind the name if it works. Otherwise it is coach cupcakes fault.:D

It's a fad will will come and go. There will be adjustments made. There always are.

It wasn't that it wouldn't work, it was that teams don't want to risk their qb to injury by running those plays. Since the wildcat plays usually splits the qb out of the play at wr they don't have to risk them.
