Stylishly destroy the web with fontBomb

What's the point of fontBomb? Is it supposed to be fun; something to watch on your own screen — which I'd tire of after the first time — or is it actually for messing up other people's web work? In other words, is it just a visual thing or malware of some kind?

I'm not destructive, by nature, so the latter would have no appeal to me.

Not intentionally knocking it, I just don't understand it's usage. I clicked the links in your post, but found no answers. I know I'm probably completely missing the point, so I thought I'd ask? Just not registering an upside in my mind.

Pretty awesome.

And yes wittenacious if you use it you will hack the web.

Have your fun, tupperware. Sorry I don't know about everything that gets posted and I often publicly admit it. Crazy, I know. My bad.

I like the variety of things StevenO posts — lots of good stuff. This one I didn't get, so I asked.

You asks the question that I want some times, don't stop.

Sheesh some people are touchy in the off-season :p

At least you didn't send me a hateful PM, though, like some other poster here :)

I don't really get this either and I usually like these kinds of things. Maybe if it had more effects than the raindrop effect or maybe if it had additional graphics like blood, bullet holes or explosions. Google has easter egg search phrases that are more interesting than this .. at least to me.

1. Hey, I may be bitter and angry during the offseason, but I try not to be touchy... that's a girly thing, ain't it?

2. I may also be a jerk, but not a knee-jerk — so no hateful PMs from me.

3. It's all good. Sarge gave me one of his PBR six-packs (said I owe him a case) so now I'm just chillin'. ;)

Thanks for sayin' something, Reality. Looks like I'm in good company if you questioned it too, especially since I imagine you know a helluva lot more about technology and computer-related stuff than I do.

I was feeling like the "dumbest guy in town" there for a bit... a malady I often suffer from, so I'm no stranger to the feeling. :)

Appreciate the support, dfp. Didn't mean to overlook your post or not respond to it last night. Sorry. :(

As for asking questions...

I realize I can't keep up w/ everything out there and that there are lots of smart, well informed Zoners here. May make me look dumber than some, but when I recognize I'm lost — lacking understanding about something a member I like has posted — I generally ask for more info.

Didn't mean to seem touchy when tupperware's dry humor was thrown out there, if I came across that way. I normally just roll with the joking punches I know I'm in line for. ;)
