superbird concept car

I lub it! It sure looks a lot better than the original one. Love the Challengers look but they get eaten up by the Camaros and Mustangs.

The first thing I would do is take of that hideous wing off the trunk.

Then it wouldn't be a SuperBird.

I just think those wings on trunks of cars look stupid. They really have no function on the street.

My kid has a Subaru WRX that came with a wing on it. He took it off and the car looks sharp. It's stupid!

Yeah, going 390 MPH on a fast track, they might have a function, but not going here and there.

:laugh2:

Love the Petty blue. If they are gonna put the #43 on it - they need to do it RIGHT.

I disagree. You get stability and down pressure at much lower speeds. The tail on a 911 which automatically comes up is a good example.

Please tell me why you need down pressure on lower speeds?

Ok, I'm going 4 miles to the store to get some food. I will be following the speed limit of 35 - 40 MPH. I hope my down pressure works.

ok, at 120mph it actually does some good.

Back has a Sebring look to it. Like the front, very retro. BTW wonder why Chrysler keeps ramming the four door Charger down the publics throat? Seems to me they could give the car new life as a 2 door.

The Superbird was famous for its huge wing back in the day. It's what makes the car what it was. Have you seen the original? One of the great ones.

Taking away the wing takes away the Superbird look.
