For those of you who don't know who Tank is, he is a sydicated cartoonist that has his comic strip published in the sports section of the Dallas Morning News.

T.O.'s birthdays must be celebrated with T.O.'s picture on the stadium scoreboard...
And the Cowboys' starting QB singing "happy birthday to you" at the 50-yard line.
