Jerry and his family since Jimmy left have been the one constant for all these years of team and playoff failures, and this isn’t Jerry is all on the blame, but I do believe the culture that has been created by Jerry has played a HUGE part. Seems so simple to just say culture and what it means, well yesterday was a perfect example, 90,000 fans packed Jerry world, and the first time the home fans get to see this team after the BIGGEST EMBARRASSMENT in cowboys history happened, the very next game the same exact thing happens. Embarrassing performance team isn’t ready to play, that’s culture, losing is bad, butting again getting embarrassed after what happened last season is unacceptable. So you ask why culture, because a franchise with a championship culture would never let that happen. The culture is one of softness, one that makes excuses, one that places blame elsewhere, a culture that doesn’t bring in the right leaders whether it be coaches or players that find this unacceptable. The book has been out on dallas for almost 30 years, punch them in the mouth they fold.
