It has been obvious for a few seasons now, that JG doesn't bring a strong enough personality to this football team. Hopefully, this season will be his last. With multiple PB level players, it seems to me that leadership needs to hire an HC who will bring a tougher, more disciplined attitude that those players will follow. Any suggestions on who out there could fit the bill?
