Guess who had the pocket book to make it happen? Just one guess allowed! And he won't even put the guy who gave them to him in the ROH.
Doesn't matter. He wins nothing without Jimmy. Jimmy doesn't come the real Cowboys die with Landry. Then we would all be talking about the glory days of the 1970's. Do you think anybody-the talking heads or anybody would talk about us? We'd be as irrelevant as the Detroit Lions who dominated the 50's. Long forgotten.Guess who had the pocket book to make it happen? Just one guess allowed!
It does matter big time No Jerry no 3 Superbowls And most likely no Cowboys He kept the team here Team was headed for another City and that is a fact if he did not buy the teamDoesn't matter. They weren't going to any other city. They had one of the biggest fan bases around. I know I followed them then. They were losing money because they fell on hard times and had an idiot for an owner. But It wasn't like they had 20 straight losing seasons. They had 3 when Jerry bought the team. All they needed was an owner with a vision. Jerry was that owner once. The first few years he was a great owner. Then he wanted to take charge and drove the one person that made his team relevant again away. Did I like those SB? Yea I did. It doesn't make up for the nearly 30 year ineptitude of the front office. It's not really The Dallas Cowboys anymore anyway. It's Jerry's Circus and we get to live in it.It does matter big time No Jerry no 3 Superbowls And most likely no Cowboys He kept the team here Team was headed for another City and that is a fact if he did not buy the team
