With Dak out for half the season, and the offense horrible even with him in there, fixing this team in the near term is a no can do proposition.

McGovern going down was a big blow. We already had no depth in the interior oline. Now I don't even know what warm body is the next man up after Farniok.

But as for fixing the problem of Steele, Peters could take over once he's game ready. Thought maybe we'd rather have him at G. We do have some help coming, and even more if Tyron gets healthy.

But with Dak out half the season, it's looking like another throw away year.
