I'm just curious , when do players usually retire? Is there a certain age or do they let them play as long as they want providing they stay healthy and can keep up?

I figure they play as long as they can, but when they hit 40... that's when the Age Discrimination Act kicks in. The details of that, I do not know.

its just that when ur 22 and drop a pass its not the age. its that ur just developing. when ur 40 and drop a pass, ur freaken old and need to retire.

Boy can play another 5 years at at very high level if he choses, IMO.

He is an amazing athlete. Rice played into his 40s so there is precedent. He still has amazing speed, quickness, and muscles off midget corners like the ones in SF. If he does keep it up he should finish 2nd only to Rice in the major career receving records.

It's funny, a few weeks ago folks were pointing out his birthday as a reason for him being in decline. A couple of good weeks and now he looks good for his age haha

This sorta reminds me of something Tony Gwynn once said (not verbatim): When I'm not hitting the ball, I'm fat, but when I'm hitting, I'm a just a big hitter.
