Ok, this is my 3rd attempt at making a wallpaper. Didn't turn out so well in my eyes. But you guys might like it a bit more than I do. Enjoy! Constructive Criticism would also be nice!

The background is great...the type in the background is also very good...The composition is very good too.

Two things stand out to me...I'd remove the background from the inside of the star, which will give the wallpaper more depth.

And if you're going to put a glow around TNEW, go for it...right now, the glow is so close that it looks a bit odd...

Great work! I also found that if you duplicate the layer, and edit the bottom of the duplicate. You can use a blur to give it a multi color glow.

I'm liking...

The glow is much better.

Can you make the inside of the star darker?

I sure can. How much darker? Just like a dark navy blue? Like this.....
