As a trio yes. I think I would take Miami's top 2 over Houstons top 2 though

Diggs was very average the second half of last year.

Assuming they sign, Cincy has the best top 3 IMO: Chase, Higgins, & Tyler Boyd

Rams, Seattle, Philly, Miami etc also have good rooms.

I would take Miami over that, but it's a very good trio in Houston.

Hill- #1 WR in the league
Waddle- #1 WR shadowed by Hill.
OBJ- on the decline, but fine as a #3.

Cinnicatti and Miami IMO are the #1a/1b for WR talent.
