From what I've read, they are going to tear it down. I forgot what they are planning on putting there, but probably some kind of shopping center, or something.

I had heard they were thinking about an indoor ski resort...highly, HIGHLY doubt that though.

I'll sure miss it. Jerry world will be nice but Im not sure its going to have much character.

Being one of the world's, if not "the" world's, most state of the art stadium, should lend itself to having character.

Stepnoski happens to be in town(Austin) this weekend for Freedom Fest. It is concert featuring Willie Nelson and Asleep at the Wheel. Some of the benefits go to NORML. Probably more info than any one wanted, but they happen to be discussing it on morning radio as I type this.
