Texas vs Texas Tech

Colt just said on game day that his dream was to grow up and play for Dallas.

He said he wears #12 because of Roger. They actually had a piece where he said Roger gave him some advice.







Anywho we should have a solid day of games.

I agree that tonight is payback time and Texas rolls... but I have to admit being impressed with what I have seen from TX Tech thus far this season. They haven't taken as big of a backwards step this season that I expected, and I think their future looks bright.

I think I have a good idea where Texas is.

Vs the pass They are awesome.

Their run defense up the middle scares me a little. Nobody in the big 12 can expose it though because everyone runs east and west.

That being said their east and west run defense is awesome.

Their passing offense is incredible.


Their running game is way to average right now. At some point this will hurt them. If they every have to play in some elements that dont allow you to throw the ball 40 times than they could be in trouble.

At some point Texas will have to be able to run the ball and I don't know if they can do it.

It would be great if Whitaker could get healthy, Newton could step up, or DJ Monroe could add about 20 lbs.


They are a really good team though. Just inside running on both sides of the ball is an issue imo.
