Congrats Jarv! Keep at it. I am 10 years in to quitting after 30 years of smoking (56 years old now). Best thing i ever did.

I haven't drank since May, quit til after my daughters wedding in January.....today was the first time I felt like having a couple. That game was fun to watch. Salud!
