Congrats Jarv! Keep at it. I am 10 years in to quitting after 30 years of smoking (56 years old now). Best thing i ever did.

That's my next challenge...once I quit smoking, I actually started drinking more. When I smoked I didn't drink much because of the urges (I was a closet smoker around friends and family). Now I drink 1-2 drinks every day..usually a beer or a glass of wine. Doesn't help I had a double tap kegerator installed in our outdoor kitchen I really should get down to 2-4 drinks a week.

That's my next challenge...once I quit smoking, I actually started drinking more. When I smoked I didn't drink much because of the urges (I was a closet smoker around friends and family). Now I drink 1-2 drinks every day..usually a beer or a glass of wine. Doesn't help I had a double tap kegerator installed in our outdoor kitchen I really should get down to 2-4 drinks a week.

I never smoked, but was a drinker in my younger days. The older I get, the less I partake. I'd be even a bigger pain in the butt around here if I drank like I used to when I was coaching. Lol

I quit smoking the day my daughter was born. Put them down after 30 years and no problem whatsoever. You just have to want to no one can make you. 30 years later, don’t even think about it could care less

I light up a fat blunt before all Dak/Romo games. I will agree with the OG poster...no need this season. I only felt the urge when I realized we won and needlessly ruined our draft position. This team can't even screw up correctly...insane.

1 blocked punt, 1 blocked field goal, 1 missed field goal, 1 fumble...on the road...and the team STILL wins. How Sway?!?
