IMO, has to be Lunda wells.

Getting by with a marginal talent like Dalton Schultz, and then making something out of two rookies in their first year is a pretty big accomplishment.

I like what he's done for the team. And more importantly, I think the players like to play for him. I was listening to Hendershot's recent interview, and it gave me the impression that the players like playing for Wells.

Hendershot came up a little rough, but I like to see guys like him succeed. He's been great team guy.. the opposite of what some experts predicted.

Ferguson is also a great team guy..
