This team has no identity. Take the Ravens, Steelers, Patriots for example. They have a draft plan that matches the team's identity on the field. Dallas just drafts what they think are good players without any plan of what the on field plan is for the player.

Micah fell into their laps. And it looks like they are well on their way to ruining him. Making him rush the passer as a DE when he was a terror as a LBer when allowed to run free and make plays. Diggs is still a work in progress mostly because they don't have a plan for how they want him to play. What does Dallas want their DL and LBers to look like? Apparently they have no clue bc they are all pretty bad, unproven or broken.

It appears Quinn likes the long rangy guys in the secondary, but what is the on field plan for how they use those traits? Its not evident in the game plan. He likes fast linebackers. Ok great. Those guys have to stay clean and not get killed by OL. Where is the DL that eats up space and keeps them clean? No plan. No plan at all.
