This isn't a Cowboys will win thread. Nor is it a Cowboys will lose thread.

I wanted to change things up and bring up the fact that if the Cowboys can pull out the win tonight they will cure 45 years of curses in one game.

Blue Jersey curse-Last win with blue jerseys in the playoffs was in 1978
Last road win in the playoffs was in 1992
Never beaten Tom Brady

Now. Beating TB12 in the playoffs is no easy feat. Regardless of his arm strength, age, or how the Bucs have played this year. This is still Tom Brady and that is really all there is to say about that (insert Forrest Gump meme here).

However. If this team can overcome that and go out there and pull a win out of this game. That is a lot of monkeys to get off of your backs in one game. I think that a win here can propel this teams confidence thru the roof and set us up for an epic showdown next Sunday against San Francisco. Things like this can galvanize a team and really aid in post season success. At least that is my take on it.

What say you?

If Zeke could get 100 yards today that would be great also.
It would. What should I put in my sig for you? Since you decided to invade a thread that has nothing to do with Zeke just to gloat about being right that a player on the team you apparently support didnt reach 1000 yards for the first time in his career lol.

I like McCarthy's approach much better to the numerous paradigms that follow the Cowboys around. Get rid of the rear view mirror and make your own history

Which occurs will be greatly determined by whether the Cowboys can run the ball effectively. The 2nd half Dak this year hasn’t been the Dak that played in the opener at Tampa last year.

I stoped watching NFL soon after Jimmy left. I may go dormant again if we lose this one. Enough is enough.

Small correction…not that it alters the point in any type of way….both playoff wins in 1970 were in white before losing SBV in blue.

Last and only playoff win in blue in team history was the NFCCG in the 78 season.

Like for using galvanize in a sentence although you're Canadian so maybe one would expect that.

If the game is put in Daks hands they will get their butts kicked.

He’s due for a big game AND the media isn’t even defending him like they usually have to. I think he rebounds but if he has to have a monster game, that means the running game isn’t working and that usually spells a loss.

ill gladly take us rushing for 150. Dak throws for 225-250 and NO turnovers and a couple tds and we win time of possession to keep the GOAT off the field. No more than 4-5 penalties as well

then so be it . . . It is the playoffs. . . . This is when the QB is called into action and there is a certain expectation that comes with his pay grade . . . If your statement is in fact true . . . Then it is a sad state of affairs for the Cowboys

In order for this to happen Dak will need to convert crucial 3rd downs and protect the ball.
. . When Dak fails to do this the running game goes to craps. . .
