The Dallas Cowboys have a 4-11 record in the playoffs since 1996

Is there anything this season that gives us confidence that this year will be any different? Can we play to our strengths in running the ball and putting Dak in a position for success? On defense, can we move Parsons around and mix pass coverages?

Do we trust MM to make the right call when the game is on the line? Do not go for it on your end of the field, for example, when it is 4th and 1. Do we trust Dak to lead the team to victory when the game is on the line?

This is what has me howling when you have people defend Jerry, talk about how we are a premier franchise in this league, etc.

We've had Cleveland Browns level of success since Jerry has taken over the full reins of the team and the team he built with Jimmy was largely dismantled.

Seattle in 18
Detroit in 14
Philly in 09

What’s the other win?

That’s absolutely pathetic btw and really points out how much time was wasted with Garrett. But yeah, Jerry is a great owner. Great.

I guess he is also counting Minnesota in 1996. Cowboys won the wildcard game but lost to the Panthers the next round.

If it’s one and done again Jerry needs to take a long deep look at that dude in the mirror.

That is terrible because a team can win 3-4 playoff games in one season.

Garrett managed exactly TWO playoff wins in a decade, when he took over a team that won a playoff game ten months earlier.

Both at home…One of which probably wouldn’t have happened without a very bad call. The other was by two points.

This was all so Jerry could create his perfect puppet and essentially coach the team himself.

Anyone who doesn’t resent that guy for that amount of wasted time must not be all that into this team. To that I offer congrats.

Counting the Vikings 96 evidently, but after 96, 3-11, horrendous record..
If we remove the 96 win we also have to remove the loss, so 3-10.

I just flipped through all of the seasons. Here’s another fun one….

They played a reasonably competitive game in the division round only ONCE (Dez game in GB) in the last TWENTY FIVE seasons. Others we were beat handily.

We should have won the divisional round in 2016 during Dak’s and Zeke’s rookie season if Byron Jones did not get beat by the TE

I trust McCarthy more than Todd Bowles that's for sure.
