This group we just drafted SUX!!!!!He probably is but would you expect him to say different.
Probably could do a lot more if allowed to be a actual GM….Best front office person in the organization.
Do you really think Jerry's doing the GM duties? McClay does the nfl stuff without the title.Probably could do a lot more if allowed to be a actual GM….

The GM runs the team. The players have issues.....they address it with the GM. Jerry is this teams GM. McClay makes decisions on the personnel that comes in and out. And even that's probably not totally true. I'm not entirely sure if Amari leaving was a McCaly move or Stephen or Jerry's. This is not how teams run their organization.Do you really think Jerry's doing the GM duties? McClay does the nfl stuff without the title.
Jerry is 79. He isn't doing the day to day GM duties. He delegates the nfl stuff to McClay. He technically has final say but owners with GMs usually all have final say.The GM runs the team. Why can't you believe these executives talk to each other and mutually arrive at a decision? The buck stops with Jerry, no doubt about it but he doesn't run the team from the bully pulpit. The GM runs the team. The players have issues.....they address it with the GM. Jerry is this teams GM.
