The Jones Family needs to hire a real GM and coach.

Nothing else really matters. Nothing!

They make tons of money, without a doubt. They know squat about football.

It would validate their stupidity and idiotic management of the team. They would never hear the end of it, nor should they. Sometimes I truly wish I could be a bandwagon fan and hop on with a serious franchise, but I just can't. I can't get the same energy into any team in the NFL or anywhere else for that matter.

I'm ready to Butterfly Effect back in time and make sure Jones never bought the team. i would take my chances now and give up the 3 Super Bowls just for some damn hope in the future for once.
