I believe it. IMO any trades will be during draft day. A position of high importance falling like a QB or OT/DE that will spark a team to leapfrog another team that would be interested.

I believe Dallas could get some trade back offers if Will Campbell fell, with Miami owning pick #13 and Terron Armstead retiring for example. Just don't think it'll be a huge deal.
