1st half of the season, Dallas pass rushers terrified QBs. Second half not so much. Lately it’s non-existent. Other than Parsons getting held on every play, tell me why it’s disappeared.

Because Parsons is still getting held, but he's also like the others are RUNNING UP THE FIELD AND LEAVING LANES FOR THE QB TO GET THROUGH, and running backs. Our guys are pass rushing on every play

All the tackles have to do is push them a little, or the QB gets it out quickly and it's a wrap!!!

We need them to dial up tomorrow, only way to beat Tom is to hassle him all game and get in face make him uncomfortable or he will pick our secondary apart

The one size fits all remedy is for opposing OCs is to have the QB get the ball out under 2.5 seconds. Brady will do the same tomorrow night. Brady like most QBs performs worse with pressure up the middle. That is not a strength of this defense in general.

Injuries in the secondary also, they force the QB to hold that ball just a beat or two longer giving the rush time to get home.

As bad as they been the past few weaks I rather play a 2 gap system lol. Teams are using our aggressiveness on the dline against us. Guys taking themselves out the play allowing the offensive player to block someone else and open huge holes.

The teams that have been getting after the QBs with an aggressive pass rush have done well the last few days. The level of intensity is very noticeable. The Cowboys have seemed lethargic lately. It's very worrying going into tomorrow's game.

Sadly we need more pass rush up the middle like many have said. Our DE's have been decent and would be a lot better if the QB didn't have a lane up the middle to extend the play. Still think getting LVE back in the middle this week will make Parsons and D-Law better on the outside. If we can keep the rotation fresh, I see no problem with this defense being decent until we find better DT's next year.

Hmmm… and how much of this regression started when and after Lawrence broke a bone in his foot, Armstrong busted up his knee, Williams NASCAR imitation, 2 of 3 starting corners went out for the year. Is it really all that difficult to figure out. The NFL is as much a war of attrition as anything. We’ve been losing the battle!

we have not done as many stunts in the latter half of the season compared to earlier. I think we need to go back to that. blitz a little and give tom different looks.

Brady will get the ball out in 2 seconds, 3 yards at a time. Dallas cut Brandon Weeden for doing pretty much that while completing 80% of his passes. Why? Because it didn’t equate to wins. Dallas can’t let it equate to a win against them.
