The Henson cut only makes sense to me if we're going to keep two quarterbacks this year.
I think Bill is looking at his roster and seeing that he would probably like to keep 10 lineman, probably like to keep 6 receivers etc., and going with 2 QB's saves an extra roster spot.
I don't think there is really anyone out there that would upgrade our 3rd QB position that is both available and willing to play the 3rd QB position. If we want a developmental guy, those that are available now could certainly go to the practice squad.
Parcells was asked if he may get a vet backup and he said "maybe." But I think he's throwing off the media there. I don't think it will happen. We'll see.
