The San Francisco 49ers had the easiest schedule in 2022

49ers had the easiest SOS this year (ranked 32nd). They played three teams with winning records all year (Seattle, Chargers, Chiefs). They swept the mediocre Seahawks, won a tight game against LAC, and was blown out by KC. They obviously didn't have Purdy yet, but at some point there has to be regression to the mean with him.

Oh, who was 31st in SOS? Philadelphia. If the Cowboys play the way they did last night, they can beat anybody.

Lucky we got a bunch of tape on Purdy, hopefully we can rattle him. My main concern is their run game, not sure if we can stop it as well as we did the Bucs run game (which besides our first game has been terrible). Might be a slog fest and itll be much tighter so emphasis on limiting mistakes and penalties. 49ers seem to get away with holding quite a bit too

My fear is that usually after we win big, the next game we take it easy and start off sluggish. You can't do that with the 49ers. Hopefully the beating we got from them last year will have us starting off hot

If we can beat SF we still have to go through Philly. 2 really good teams. How do you defense Debo(sp) and McC? They have some talent on that squads offense.

Easiest schedule or not, to win the number of games they did still takes talent and preparation.

If we over look CMC, Deebo, kittle, and their front 7 we will lose this game.

Now I agree if the Cowboys play like they did last night we can compete and beat anyone. Let’s hope all this trash talk last week and this week, it will come, will light a fire under their ***

None of this matters anymore. Are the beatable? Of course they are. They are at home and are the favorites, so what?

Only thing that matters is who shows up and scores more points on Sunday.

They’re a great team built around defense but they’ve had a handful of offensive clunkers this year.

If we can be efficient on O and stop the run, I like our chances putting the game on Purdy’s arm.

Nothing more to say from a fan perspective really. Who the F cares about what happened during the reg season? We had the most horrible games and freakin stellar performances the next week.

In January it's all about who's got more mojo on gameday.

It all keys off of run defense, in my opinion. If the 49ers can bully our front seven, Shanahan can keep Purdy in favorable situations and protect him. If Purdy starts getting into second and longs, third and longs, Quinn can attack him.

100%. Would love to see a lot of 3rd and 5+s like we did last night.

Not opposed to stacking the box early too even if it means giving up a few plays in the air.

One thing about the 9ers schedule is they beat up the teams that they were supposed to beat. The Cowboys played down to their competition all year long and it hurt them because they couldn't rest players like they wanted to. If Prescot wants to go down as one of the Cowboy greats he has to stay hot like he was in Tampa last night, minus the two opening drives. This game my come down to whoever has the ball last, which could be scary for the Boys if it's a field goal they need to win the game after watching Maher implode last night.

They lost to the bears and the freaking broncos. We just have to make sure that we don’t beat ourselves and I like our chances
They also lost to the Falcons, but in that game a third of their defensive starters were out, and a couple on offense too.
