Do we see more slant patterns called for T.O. tonight? Drew needs some quick 3 step drops to slow the G-men Rush down and "the player" does run a pretty dangerous slant.

I think we will see some. One thing is for sure if the line can protect the Giants secondary can be torched. Giants coverage has not been good and I have seen too many time were Giants secondary is completely out of position

I'd like to see a few to keep the Giant D off balance and to get the ball to TO and let him have a chance to run with it.

I hope so because the NYG corners are not good tacklers.

i just hope we get TO involved early in the game. think he's a better player when he gets involves early..i think if this happens it will open things up for JJ and glenn and witten in the 2nd half

It depends on the coverage. You can take away "the slant" if you choose.

I haven't watched them much yet, but I don't think they're really good at anything besides getting physical up front. If the rush doesn't get there quickly, it's over. I don't know that we'll see that much quick stuff, unless Drew and TO are feeling much more comfortable together. I am thinking alot of draw action to take advantage of the DE's aggressiveness combined with mediocre to bad DT play.

if we run very many slants Drew will throw one that a LB takes back for a TD at some point

I can't believe that no one has called for a "30-yard slant" yet!
I just clicked on this thread to see if it had been made yet.
