Where in history does it say that retreads or old parts can't get it done?

Everyone wants unproven or even unknown to be more exciting than the charted exposure of the past.

Doesn't mean it can't work! has it been proven to work in the past?

here's a disturbing fact..

Only 18 of the retread coaches eventually won at least one playoff win. Nearly 87% of retread coaches get fired or retire without ever seeing any level of success after getting fired—even the coaches that were successful with their first team rarely see any real success with their subsequent teams.

So, MM and Zimmer? or MM and capers?

What's the temperature of the water?

But 75% of the teams out there the last few years are just taking retreads they're all on this coaching carousel.. I don't think there's enough data to go with the new blood or some new guy taken from college or moved up the ranks from say a special teams coach to prove that it works better than the retrans retrans are pretty normal I don't even know why they're called retreads that's like saying someone in your field that was a CEO somewhere else or high-ranking management or just some floor guy who goes gets a job somewhere else you usually hire experience first... usually that's not a negative hiring somebody with a lot of experience.. But our fans improved by this thread or other threads where they seem upset why didn't you upset Dan Quinn and the entire NFC East just hired a bunch of retreads....
