Why do our trench players play so poorly away from home? I feel we really have fundamental coaching issues that never have our lines prepared for physical outdoor games. This should not matter the first round, but I am concerned that we are never going to get past this bump in the road when it comes to physical line play.

It's not H/A. Our DLine is built where they are only effective against certain types of O's. When teams have the personnel to just run it off tackle a ton, they run all over us. We need better DT's to start w/, and then we need some LB's who weigh more than a couple bucks and that can fill gaps and have the agility to stay in front of the runner.

They need to find a balance between big physical players with just enough speed and range to rush the QB. Quinn's personnel has always leaned towards speed and agility without getting bigger, stronger players. Thats the biggest difference between us and SF's defense. They're fast AND stout.

It's not a bad strategy. Jimmy built a dynasty on the exact same speed concept. But we were never overpowered.

Because Dallas has created and cultivated a comfort culture for decades now.

They are comfortable at home.

When they aren’t babied on the road like they are in Dallas it shows up.
Philly didn't get babied in Dallas.

Quinn's front 7, with the exception of Lawrence and Parsons, are a bunch of role players being asked to play full time. Parsons' career will be short if he plays a few more years in that scheme.

I would not be upset if they put Bland and Parsons out there for offers and take the bounty to get some dawgs on the OL and DL.

Losing Hankins and Martin likely has a bit to do with it.
I would like to note when Dak took the cheap shot Martin was the only guy to get in somebody’s face over it. He probably could have avoided the penalty but the rest of the line just seemingly shrugged it off. No fight in the rest of them at all.

Actually I think the ol played pretty good,a few screwups but overall gave the QB time..the defence sucked as a whole... overall the team played gutless again

That’s one thing I hate about guys like Tyron Smith. I bet if u cheap shot Purdue Trent Williams is coming for you. Tyron Smith just sits back and watch. We need a meaner oline and defenders. And for god sake draft/sign some real linebackers. This Dan Quinn 4-2-5 defense which is really a 4-1-6. We are literally trying to stop the run with 4 lineman, 1 linebacker and 4/5 safeties.

And Parsons is one of the defensive lineman who is pretty small and a pass first guy. It’s the same thing Arizona and the 49ers did. Idk why more teams don’t run it down our throat. We can’t stop it. Dan Quinn is too stubborn to change his defense.

Offense played terrible which put to much pressure on the defensive and they played terrible also......guess what folks...the same thing is going to happen next week. You might a well put down the L now because Miami is going to do the same thing to us.. I was hoping we would go 2-2 our final 4 games...I still think we can
