The Cowboys are home this week against a very tough Lions team that can put up points and run the ball. The Cowboys on the other hand can't seem to stop the run especially with Hankins being out. Mazi Smith who the Cowboys drafted number one hasn't shown that he's worth that pick needs to really pick it up if the Cowboys are going to win this game. The good thing for the Cowboys is they don't lose at home winning 15 in a row, however, I also said last week that the Cowboys don't lose two in a row but they did last week. Not only that but having left tackle Tyron Smith out really killed the Cowboys last week and Edoga looked the part of Chaz Green against the Dolphins allowing Chub to dominate the line of scrimmage. I also have a big problem with Mike McCarty's goal-line play calling which is absolutely awful for someone who's been coaching this long in the NFL. So with all that being said it will go like this, if Tyron Smith plays the Cowboys will win by 10 if he doesn't then the Cowboys will lose because Dak will be under pressure the entire game just like last week so I'll have two scores.

The Lions set up pre snap to open up lanes and back cuts to set up opposing defenses. Their running game is the biggest factor that has to be kept to a minimum, by observing mis direction and subtle changes that develop through plays. That is the biggest threat starting up.

To overcome this, that positional vulnerability has to be game on just where you point. This is a very important game for the team and the offense. Getting the first game changer and even two will change both halfs for both teams.

If a team can't hang for that long...new life needs to be brought into the picture. You may try to rehire Jimmy Johnson, but I bet he wants to fish more than coach now. Talking about the game doesn't require the preparation now.
