I would shove M-80s in the tailpipe and blow those things to kingdom come. People who do that ought to be kicked in the pills daily.

You know, years ago I heard about a judge up in northern Utah. The city had a noise ordinance aimed at loud car stereos. Anyone caught breaking the law was not subjected to a fine. They got to spend 8 hours in a room with Barney played loudly. The same song over and over for 8 hours and loud. Nothing to distract them. Too loud to sleep.

I'd vote for that judge.

is that a true story? I'd imagine it'd be illegal to hold someone for 8 hours of what some savvy lawyer could amount to calling Torture. lol
