These Cowboys are the most heartless cowards of a squad I've ever seen assembled

There have been some good and bad teams over the last nearly three decades but damn this team might just take the cake for the most heartless team I’ve ever seen! There’s no heart. No soul. They get punched in the face and can’t mount a comeback until the game is out of reach. They get mad at reporters for simply doing their jobs and use excuses like “we were never going undefeated”. The team owner is landing helicopters on the field during practice. They keep playing Zeke who is old football wise due to some weird nostalgic kink. This team is horrible and I despise them. What the hell is going on in Dallas this season?

They are the worst… but then again this team does not care about winning.
All they care about is the same thing as their owner… cashing in!!!

The 2010 team that got Wade Phillips fired mid season was a pretty gutless bunch. They went 5-3 to finish that season, so maybe they simply didn't like Wade.

All Dak and Zeke ever wanted to do since they started in the NFL was win a Super Bowl together playing for the Cowboys. Many years from now they will be hanging out around a backyard fire pit drinking a beer and talking about how they wished they would have won a NFL championship with the Boyz. And, oh darn we were so (not) close that I could (not) taste it. lol

I think the conversation might be more along the lines of how much money they were able to steal from Jerry.

That team wasn’t all that bad. They actually won a playoff game ten months earlier, but losing is contagious and once the players quit it gets out of hand.

I still find it interesting that OC Garrett suddenly had new ideas and plays once he took over as HC, and the “process” began.

The shameful part is the right staff probably could have done much more with those teams. I’m glad Jerry was “comfortable” though. That’s the most important part.

A big point in 2020, 2015, and 2010 is the pro bowl QB was lost all of those seasons. Tony may have started 1-4, but that wasn’t going to be a 10 loss season if he stayed healthy

2019 Dak and the offense was playing well, the defense just couldn’t stop anybody

The closest to this season is probably 2008. Team had just gone 13-3, historic number of pro bowlers, and in 2008 it was just weird effort loss after weird effort loss, culminating into a game that is famous for its final score.

honestly, for a brief moment sunday, I was actually surprised at the fire and heart they seemed to be playing with. all the little dustups and physicality. running up the gut for chunk gains. i was somewhat impressed. wasn't long lived though, and they folded as they typically do. but briefly, i had hope.

Last years team gave up in the first qtr of a playoff game, so... the whole franchise is full of con men and lazy mofos, from the owner to the coaches to the practice squad, to the media bunch. Very few honorable exceptions.

Part of the problem in 2008 was having Brad Johnson as a backup QB. Romo missed some time in late October into November and Johnson flat out could no longer throw.
