Think decisions of Cooper/DLaw are tied to draft depth

2 good names, you could add Chandler Jones too. If they do lose Gregory, which I'm not expecting, I would expect a mid to high end starter signed on the same level.

Word is Chandler Jones has a $15-16M value but that seems a bit high, he's 32 if I'm not mistaken.

I think it’s more than he’s worth. A career high 6 sacks doesn’t say $12 million a year for me.

Panthers got Reddick for $6 million. Give me that.
You have to hope one slides through the cracks, it's very risky. Prospects have a steep learning curve on the next level at the position.

Yeah but luckily for us, the bar is low.

Yes, let’s cut vets to draft cheaper replacements and continue to ignore other glaring holes on the roster. Sounds like a fantastic way to just stay relevant and keep costs down…what Jerry and Stephen have been doing for the better part of a decade now
Nailed. They don't recognize what the holes are, nor how to fix them.

As we have dug in the last few weeks looking at draft prospects, we are well aware this is a great year needing an Edge and a Wide Receiver, as depth might stretch through the first 3 rounds. The Cowboys brass knows this and it will be apart of their final decisions what to do with both players.

As I wrote several weeks ago, in Dane Bruglar's last top 100 posted in February, he had 17 Edge rushers and 14 Wide Receivers. That is tremendous depth and they should have a great opportunity to address both need areas.
Both of them were gone due to horrible contracts. It doesn’t matter who they draft.
