It’s 100% Moore to be followed up with Witten…both who will be colossal failures…so let’s just get this nightmare S Show started now and give it to Witten. Saving grace is shortening the suffering…it might even end in conjunction with Dak’s last bad pass as a Cowboy…win/win. I think he has earned respect, he knows the game and the players know he knows the game. If Philly can respect him, why not Dallas. Players are going to run to daddy anyways because they know they can.

Agreed…they will move on to Plow Boy after 2 failed years of Kellen…which is who he wants as HC anyway.

OP is 1000% x ec2 correct. Moore is perfect docile yes man for Jerry. Prime intimidates Jerry. Zimmer too old and too wash. No way Jerry hires one of those outside candidates. The real oddity is forcing Wiitten as a coach in waiting on young Kellen Moore.

The good news this will run 4-5 years Fan revolt will skyrocket. And this likely is the last coach Jerry will ever hire.

Jerry would never allow a competent HC to take control. Any coach does not matter who is hired will be under JJ thumb.

Prime and BB will not coach here because they would require more control. MM was puddy and malleable, but gullible enough to think he had some say in things.
