Key was not cut to save $1.5 million. Key wanted a raise, a raise the Cowboys weren't willing to pay. Thus, he was cut.

Yup, you're right. Might as well concede the whole season. No point in even playing. Five days into FA & it's all over. Super Bowl goes to the Skins--give it to them now, scrap the season, & make it easier for everyone.

I am a season ticket holder and I couldn't care less what the 'skins do. I've yet to see that team building plan work. All I see with them is 2000 all over again.

Plus, there are too many cooks in that kitchen.

Anyway, look at the teams that have won the SB of late. Did any of them build through FA? DRAFT WELL; cut guys a tad early, before it is too late; keep your cap in check; and use FA to fill needs at the right price. That's how you build a team.

The 'skins bubble will pop -- it always does.
