It starts there at Oline. I agree. But we kinda knew they would have growing pains. But we didn't know Martin would be bad either. That hurt. But we also have a multitude of issues all over. You name it, we need it. In one year, we regressed badly. Losing talent, not replacing them properly, hurt. Then holding the staff hostage, bringing in a DC that is long in the tooth, also hurt.
